Man O'War Beeping (Fully Charged, Sitting Right Next To Dongle)

So, I've been searching around about this problem and everybody always says it's because it's losing signal or the battery is dead. Let me address those right now. The battery is fully charged. Yes, I'm sure. Unless the dongle that comes implanted with the headset is garbage, there isn't interference as I'm sitting RIGHT NEXT TO IT. (Sorry. I know there's going to be people trying to point the finger in that direction as if they know for sure that's the problem.)

It just constantly cuts the sound and goes 'beep' sometimes 'beep beep'. Off and on, sometimes frequently.

I've muted the microphone to see if it was trying to pick up communication, but whether it's on or off, the beeping doesn't change.

It also barely ever gets used as I haven't been on my computer much since I bought it. I've only had it for about a year.

I have both the old Razer Synapse because of my Anansi and the headset itself, and Razer Central because of my mouse. Are they somehow interfering?

Is there a link to a firmware download that I need which isn't provided by the automatic updates?
Is it an issue with Win10 all of a sudden?

When I first had this headset, it was great. Then it just starts doing this out of nowhere.

Edit:
I decided to try something different and have the dongle in the extension cable with the base (came with the headset) draped around my neck. So far, no beeping.

So, I guess it seems it really was the signal, and the dongle that comes with the headset is just garbage.

Sounds about right. We received our headset yesterday. My son app'd me at work complaining. Once home, move the dongle from behind the Macbook screen and now works fine. Hence the screen was interfering and one may conclude the dongle is susceptible to noise and/or shielding.
