i'm new here, i recently bought a refurbished ManO war wireless headset for my son to use on his ps4. It connects to his PS4 no problem and he can hear perfectly, the problem he is having is the the microphone is working intermittant and i was advised to download "synapse 2 as told 3 does not support his headset ? we have downloaded synapes 2 from the Razor website and installed it eventually and after creating an account we can't get any further than the picture below.
we have got a "razor id" , but it does not show us how to configure /set up the headset it does not allow us how to click on anything to go to a setting page..
any help at all would be appreciated..
