I think that the catalogue is updated. They removed vouchers for t-shirts and added some new games (Z and Wreckfest).
There have been probably more changes that that, but I don't know what else has been removed/added.

Indeed i may be wrong, but as you say, i can never really tell which items are removed and which are freshly added, it always looks pretty much the same. But the description of this post cleary states that it's on February, and this kind of post is usually added by some Razer staff member.
