Media Keys (help pls)

I just recently got a hunstman tkl and my media (f1, f2, f3, f5, f6, f7) keys are not doing what they say. I've tried pressing function and without function but it will not pause, start, next track, previous track, vol up/down/mute. Please help.

I am no expert in this, but I would try to install synapse on windows to reprogram the keys in the software, that will probably fix it.
