I'm up for a Razer x JBL collaboration
It would be awesome! My only concern would be the price though, seeing how this is already through-the-roof expensive
Yeaaahhh... but both are 5/7 brands (Kudos if you get the joke)
I can not say that I do, unfortunately. But it would be nice for it to be a little more budget friendly, especially with much cheaper counter-parts. Personally I use Altec Lansing, which as much as I love Razer - I don't think they could dethrone them.
Oh yeah this looks good. Just in time to be a nice stocking stuffer.
This is pretty cool, but damn 180 USD! For a BT speaker that isn't certified waterproof... I have to pass. Of course you're getting the nice Razer design fit and finish, but I can't justify that price, would rather spend it on some more gaming peripherals.
I think the coolest thing about this though is the combo play pairing feature. Bluetooth is a notoriously annoying technology that doesn't allow you to stream to multiple devices at once, so it's glad to finally see something that lets you do that. Are 2 speakers the maximum or can you add more?
Looks like Razer is moving to take over every facet of the tech industry. Look out Bose.
ps still waiting on that gaming monitor
We'd hardly think speakers are new for us - we've engineers who've been designing audio products for years - the Razer Mako being the earliest and it was critically acclaimed. This expertise is carried over and evidenced in the Razer Ferox, Razer Leviathan. The wireless Razer Leviathan Mini is a natural extension of this.
Its so expensive ... and there's a duo Leviathan mini effect , that'll cost a bomb ! I personally think Razer would profit more if they created cheaper products where more people can afford and eventually the revenue earned will be more than the Leviathan mini , and this way the majority of both parties will be happier !
We do not design products just to meet the bottom line.
Yes I understand , and that is why Razer is awesome , you guys prioritise the customers' needs to your own revenue , but I think that the majority of us do not need the Razer Leviathan mini as much as other products , I believe we all want to see Project Christine , Razer Turret , and other cool stuff !
Wait this thing is £20 cheaper than a full on Leviathan? Lmao when I saw it I was expecting at least £90 tops
How about telling us how to pair this mini to our full Leviathan via bluetooth for rear sound. Then and only then, will the mini have my full attention.........waiting...............
Like the design of the speaker, however I must say, 180 USD for a speaker at this size is considered too pricey for me myself. I would definitely consider buying it if the price is adjusted.
although the price is a bit steep but i hope that a chroma version of it comes out which is able to sync its lighting with the tempo of the music
not bad product at all, very interesting approach on razers part
The little Jams speakers have allowed people to pair two up for about a year or 2 now, it is their Jams Plus model
You could get a second real leviathan and a second sub for the price of this though, you could be hit with bass from both directions!
The Leviathan is already overkill for my needs. If Razer wants another 200 dollars from me, all they would have to do is release another Leviathan with out the auto off feature. The current Leviathan's auto off, annoys me 3x's a day at least
Is it a software thing? You may be able to disable it?
