I hope it has the feel of the Ouroboros. I love the feel. That, combined with the chroma and DPI, untouchable!

Well you could contact Razer and ask them for a Chroma style Ouroborous because that mouse is known and best for customization of use, so that would be sick, but the mouse is going to be just like the old mamba with chroma :3

it was posted on June 16th and it has the photo of the new mamba.

This is what shows it's about the Chroma mouse:
"...the updated Razer Mamba sports Chroma lighting, 16,000 DPI sensor, and comes in two versions, the standard and the Tournament Edition.

Both mice feature an all-new 5G laser sensor that’s optimized for multi-display, along with ultra-high definition monitors. This sensor lets it track as small as 1 DPI increments, a vast improvement on the industry standard of 50, and the lift-off distance can be set as low as .1 mm.

Razer’s Chroma lighting also comes standard on both versions, letting you set your product with up to 16.8 million different colors, and offering you your pick of different visual effects and color shifting patterns. If you have other Chrome devices, the Mamba communicates with them for a beautiful and cohesive look all the way across your desk.

Perhaps one of the most striking new features of the updated Mamba is that it allows you to set the click force of the mouse buttons. Rather than having to settle for whatever pressure the mouse requires, the Adjustable Click Force functionality lets you set the physical point at which the button registers the click, and you can choose from up to 14 different options.

The standard version of the Mamba includes wireless connectivity for approximately 20 hours of continuous gaming on a single charge. The Tournament Edition Mamba strips down the wireless support to calm any concerns over response time, but still supports the same feature set as the standard Mamba.

Both mice will go on sale starting in the third quarter of 2015, with the standard Razer Mamba priced at $149.99, and the Razer Mamba Tournament Edition at a much more appealing price point of $89.99."

hmm yeah hopefully soon... but i dont know i have the mamba 4g so maybe i will buy the new one
but i give you the hint to look on rewards so when you have 100 posts or something about that you get a 20 $/€ code
so maybe i look for when the new mamba isn't to expensive :/

Also for software i would really like to see something like roccat already had ( my brother has one kone xtd and the led stripes are nearly the same but the software is nice to personalize individually the LEDs on each side so you get maybe green on front red in middle and purple at the rear one

  19. I love my Mamba. This one looks great, but personally I can't stand mouse wheels that move side to side for extra buttons.
