We’re excited to welcome a couple of new members to the Razer Thresher audio family – on the wireless end we have the Razer Thresher for Xbox and Razer Thresher 7.1. For those who would prefer a wired headset, we have the new Razer Thresher Tournament Edition.

    Check them out:

    Razer Thresher for Xbox

You may have caught wind of it when Xbox announced a line of Xbox Wireless gaming headsets. What’s special about this Razer Thresher for Xbox is that it is one of the first headsets to use Xbox Wireless to connect directly to your console, without any dongles. Making full use of that, your audio experience is further enhanced by Windows Sonic which delivers a unique surround sound experience.

    Razer Thresher 7.1

Dominate on your PS4 through sheer audio advantage with the Razer Thresher 7.1 armed with industry leading wireless connectivity and stellar Dolby 7.1 virtual surround sound you’ve come to know of its Ultimate counterpart.

Both the Thresher for Xbox and Thresher 7.1 are specced for long lasting comfort, allowing you to power through 16 hours of playtime in a single charge and be embraced by their pillow-soft leatherette ear cups.

Of course, if you want to treat yourself to the full premium experience, take on the Razer Thresher Ultimate for either the PS4 or Xbox that comes with an additional BaseStation receiver and headphone stand.

    Razer Thresher Tournament Edition

Take our award-winning ergonomics and impressive audio and distill it to its essence, that’s the wired Razer Thresher Tournament Edition. Plush leatherette cushions, 50mm enhanced audio drivers, retractable boom mic and a universal 3.5mm audio jack – take this advantage across whatever device you game on, consoles, PC or mobile.

Tom’s Guide crowned the Razer Thresher Ultimate the new Wireless Headset King, hear these guys for yourself today.

Eye candy, but still not my ultimate Razer Headset that I'm dreaming of. Waiting for a headset with maybe digital faceplates that you can leave the razer logo, chroma effect or custom logo on. Yes 7.1 Surroundsound. Breathe active ear cussions and some more features that I would reveal in a coOp worktoghether

Could you please give more details about the different headsets? I've been waiting for the Thresher PS4 ultimate to come out here in Lithuania, but now as I understand the new ultimate supports both consoles and PC, and then you have two separate options 150$ each that support PS4/PC and XBONE/PC? Furthermore, will they both also support 7.1 audio on PC wirelessly?

Sorry for long post, but I really need to understand before committing to a purchase.

Word - I'd like a more committed confirmation of this as well...I don't have a PS4 or an XBox, but I would love a headset like the Thresher Ultimate for PC Gaming. Can we get confirmation:
    1. Do all three versions have PC Support/Compatibility?
    2. If/When using on PC, will they have Synapse support?
    3. Is there a future version coming specifically for PC?
    Details, details!! o_O
