When are we going to be seeing the Deathstalker in chroma? I really prefer silent (or at least not 'clicky') keyboards. The same feeling you get from a mac keyboard is great, but I want razer ;)

Did you tried the new Razer orange switches keyboard such like BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth before? That keyboard is silent and not clicky yet still an excellent keyboard. I was a Lycosa user and love it very much until it broke down and I switch to BlackWidow Ultimate.

Once you go mechanical, you never go back. LOL :D

I was a laptop gamer for a long time and was used to shallower keys because of that. When i first moved onto the Blackwidow, it was actually a bit uncomfortable getting used to the new feel. It's now been over 3 years and I now use the Blackwidow religiously, even opting to use one as my office keyboard at work.

The same thing goes with all gaming peripherals, there will always be a bit of getting used to. But when the build quality is good, you'll really notice the benefits later on. Try out a couple of the Razer keyboards at some gaming conventions and see what feels good to you.

Why the hell do all you guys want everything in chroma? Well, I dont think chroma is nice, I think it's just a way to set the price up on the products xD

    Well, thats just my opinion
    Peace out

Agreed for the getting-used-to time. At first I hate the 5 extra micro keys from BlackWidow which is also the cause for me getting Lycosa instead of BlackWidow. But now, I love the extra micro keys so much that I cannot game without it.

I do not care much about the Chroma too. I always prefer my Razer black + green in colour. But there is a lot of creative people out there and this Chroma is a very nice platform for them to express their creativity to customize their gear. ;)

I've tried it in best buy and I could still hear it click there. I, myself, have a brown switch keyboard, and while its not as bad as a blue, its still very noticeable.

Is the one you try the new orange switch? The new BlackWidow I hardly feel the clicky feedback.

Yeah the one at Best buy was the new orange switch. I could feel the bump. I think it felt nicer than my brown switches, but there was still a sound if you bottom out.

The black widow ultimate changes color if that is what you want. It is not nearly as customizeable but....

The majority of new computers (both laptop and desktop) now come with chiclet style keys. They look sleeker and as someone who works in IT and uses various keyboards all day, I always find myself preferring chiclet style to anything else. Would love it if someone started making more options for gaming chiclet keyboards, would be awesome if they could make mechanical ones that were silent with chiclet keys :)

There is a definite market for chiclet gaming/backlit keyboards. I am using a standard Sony chiclet keyboard from an old defunct all-in-one desktop PC to type this post now - I kept the keyboard after junking the PC because it is EFFORTLESS to type on and gloriously comfortable. I've got a Razer Marauder (starcraft 2) keyboard for gaming in the dark, but the comfort levels are incomparable. I don't like typing on it at all.

In my dreams Razer are soon to announce the launch of a Chroma Deathstalker with removable wrist wrest and slightly more compact body than the current design.
But also in my dreams I've bagged [insert hot hollywood babe] so chances are not so good... here's hoping.
