So I use my headset for work, The odd thing is I don't seem to notice this issue while I'm on my work profile, but when I sign into the personal profile (I work from home), the mic gets all crackly if I go in a game. Discord I will get yelled at for my mic broadcasting static. Sometimes I can reset the headset and it will fix the issue for a bit. Other times it does nothing. I have the Razer Nari Ultimate. If I didn't have this issue I would love this headset. I've had the headset for a couple of months and this has been an ongoing issue. I'm not sure if it's driver based or a hardware issue, but i"m guessing it's the 1st since I am not playing games while I"m at work.

I'm on Windows 10 with the fall 1907 (I think) build. This is getting on my last nerve and I am hoping someone has an idea how to fix this.

I've had mic issues since day one with my nari ultimate headset. I'm to the point where I'm gonna go return them cause it ridiculous. My first issue is that my mic echoes when im playing on xbox. When I play on pc everyone complains about a constant buzz sound and that I sound like a robot.
Side note to an additional issue someone else mentioned in another thread. My headset randomly decides when it will charge while turned on. I can sometimes plug it in while powered on and the red light indicator will come on showing it's charging and other times it will do nothing. If I have the problem I have to turn the headset off, unplug the USB cable, and then reconnect the USB cable. This has been an ongoing issue since I got the device.

Hi there guys! Are you still having the same issue? Please PM me the serial number of your headset and I'll assist you from there.
I've done a reinstall of windows after the fact of this post and so far the issue has gone away. My friend hasn't mentioned the issue since. I only did a reinstall of windows because I upgraded to a new CPU and just figured it would be a good time to do it. Not sure what that has to do with my problem unless your software was bad. It had already been removed and reinstalled. Also working with someone on twitter. I'll let you guys know if my issue comes back.
