Mic isn't broadcasting my voice, how do I fix it?

So yesterday I was using my Razer Kraken X headset and I had it plugged into my Nintendo Switch, and it was working just fine. It was picking up my voice and everything. Well tonight I plugged my headset into my Motorola Power 2020 for like 2 minutes and afterwards, my mic wouldn't send my voice out at all. It's like the mic isn't working. The mic isn't muted (I checked) and all the stuff I've seen so far online hasn't been very helpful. How do I fix this?
