Mic Issues when talking to friends with the Razer Nari Ultimate

For the past 2 days, I have been tinkering around with my headphone settings, and haven't been able to figure out 2 things. To start, everyone I have talked to using this headset says that I sound like I am talking through a "walky-talky" and am hard to understand. Is there a way to fix this so that it sounds more clear and concise? Other than that, I have also been having issues with trying to find a decent volume where the haptic intensity still works without the song being so loud that I can't hear my friend talking in a vc. I have the intensity set to 100, and cannot get good intensity without setting a YouTube video to near its max volume with a volume setting of 100 on my computer as well. Is there a way to fix this problem as well? And also, what about the haptic rumbling going through the mic? Would that also be something that I could fix? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Having similar issue. Mic volume is very low, even though in Windows and Synapse the mic level is set to 100. No one can hear me in game chat, or Discord chat. My turtle beach 450 has no problem on same machine.
