    Hey Y'all,

I have a Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox One headset. It uses the Xbox Wireless protocol to connect to the Xbox.

After a whole lot of troubleshooting cannot get my microphone to work. Here's where I've been so far.

    1) Xbox Support
I've spoken to Xbox support and everything on the Xbox side I configured correctly. The one issue is the mic monitoring is handled by the headset and cant be adjusted on the console side.

It's said that holding the game / chat balance wheel until you hear a tone will enable mic monitoring but it doesn't seem to do that.

    2) Razer Phone Support
I spoke to Razer support who didn't seem to know that there even was an Xbox Wireless version of the headset. We did some troubleshooting and we're not able to resolve the issue.

    3) Headset Replacement
Because the issue couldn't be resolved they had me send back my headset and sent me a replacement. The new headset is still not working.

    4) New Console
At this point I thought it must be my Xbox One hardware causing the issue. It was an original Xbox One so who know. Recently I upgraded to an Xbox Series S (which is compatible according to the product page) and I am having the same issue.

I'm pretty frustrated here and stuck for an answer. I'm a developer so I'm pretty technically savvy but I'm not sure where to go from here.

    Can anyone offer some insight?
