mic picks up the audio playing from the speaker

i just want to ask if what should I do. I requested for a rma of my blackshark v2 x because it picks up the audio from the browser from the mic. My friends and my classmates can hear the media playing in my browser and spotify. Also from discord and recordings. FedEx pick up is not available in my location so they asked for other alternative courrier service. And they transferred it to dhl. The problem is, they will not ship my item unless it is paid first. But the razer support tells me to ship it first then give them the transaction number and tracking number after giving it to dhl. But dhl insisted to ship the item without the shipping. Dhl asked me to pay PHP 2150 or roughly USD 44. It is a price of another headset from razer. I help if i should pay it or let razer support do the work but they are not responding to me for almost 5 days after telling them the problem. Any reply would be appreciated. Thank you and Godbless!
