Microphone Issues - For Razer Nari Ultimate


after recently purchasing the Nari Ultimate, the sound quality is great however when it comes to using the microphone the quality of the microphone is horrible. according to https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/ab0152/razer_nari_horrible_mic_quality/ they quote that changing the audio default format to 2 Channel, 16 bit, 48000 Hz, (DVD Quality) however my sounds settings only displays "1" Channel, 16 bit, 48000 Hz, (DVD Quality). How would i go about fixing this issue? is it a synapse driver issue or is my device faulty? Thanks in advance. Also the serial for my Nari Ultimate is *******************

Is it the same on both wired and wireless mode? Have you tried reinstalling Synapse along with the sound driver? (Please note that I deleted your duplicate thread.)
Thank you for that sorry for pressing it twice. Ive reinstalled both my synapse and the drivers for the microphone from the windows device manager after unistalling razer synapse twice and even tried using it in wired mode and its still the same wiht both wired or wireless.

I see. Is the mic quality the same when plugged into a phone or a different PC?
When plugged into a phone the sound quality of the mic is normal but when plugged into the computer the quality becomes really bad. Im not sure if it is because of the drivers or anything so i reinstalled razer synapse and then reinstalled each and every sound driver related to the headphones. (BTW im running Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134)

Hmm. How about when Synapse is completely removed? Is the mic quality also bad?
After unistalling synapse sound quality is still the same.

Can you send me some recorded audio samples via PM? If possible, please include recordings from phone and PC for a closer comparison.
