Internal microphone hasn't been working for a while.
Device shows as active, but has no volume levels.
I uninstalled drivers, restarted , reinstalled drivers.
Repeated the same with Realtek software directly from Razer support page.
Repeated the same with newest Realtek software.
Nothing worked. Very frustrating.
Any advice?

It is possible that the cable connecting the mic to the motherboard is partially disconnected, and you pretty much did all the troubleshooting already. The next best thing to do is to send it in for repair or get an external mic if you don't want to part with the laptop.
By the way, have you tried factory resetting the laptop yet? I doubt that it would help, but it's worth a shot. Send me a PM if you need me to guide you through that.
