A couple of days ago I redeemed some Razer Silver for the Gigantus V2 XXL, and I managed to get the code to actually acquire the good. Later, I bought it on the New Zealand website and everything was successful, including them taking the shipping + tax out of my Paypal account. However, there is nothing in my order confirmations nor did I get an order confirmation. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks

I also redeemed earlier and got the same issues with you but its already answered by this link which is from other post here in Insider. Hope it helps.
