Hey it depends from where you bought it (online or offline/store), by default it should come with the ergonomic wrist rest.
How did you buy it ?
If online (amazon/razer/local ecommerce sites) get the product replaced with the mention of the missing wrist rest pad.
If its from a local retailer, take it back to them and get the wrist rest which is also clearly mentioned in the Razer and Amazon sites for reference.
