mobile number problem change

    my mobile number is no longer valid. and i want to change mobile number in my account we send me otp in my old number how can i change my number to send my otp

    You can try any of the following methods:
    • If you have access to an alternative 2-Step Authentication device, you can use it to reset your 2-Step Authentication.
    • If you have your backup codes, you can use them to log-in and reset your 2-Step Authentication or manage your account.
    • If you still have access to your primary and recovery email, you can contact Razer ID Support to get help on recovering your account.
