Modern Standby

So, a couple things that I'm confused by...

In 2021, why does a Brand New Razer Blade 15 Advanced NOT support Modern Standby (s0)?

Why, in 2021, does a machine with the latest Intel and RTX hardware not support Bluetooth Devices waking it from sleep?

My Surface Go 2 supports wake with Bluetooth. Apple has supported Wake with Bluetooth for YEARS AND YEARS.

Why, in 2021, does my Razer Blade 15 Advanced remain warm to the touch when unplugged in sleep mode? This hasn't been an issue for Dell or Apple or Lenovo in years. Apple has had a sleep mode for DECADES that's kept things cool the entire time.

For a system that cost as much as this, the fact that a Surface Go 2 is more capable than it in terms of sleep and wake features is a little disheartening.

Yeah, the performance is great, but isn't this supposed to be a true PORTABLE device that I can cart around town to get work done and play games with friends?

I'm so utterly disappointed right now.

I wish I could return it, but I've spent too much time trying to make it work the way I believe it's supposed to I'm past the return date by a few weeks.

Ugh.
