Hello, I have a problem with my ouroboros mouse when I connect it to the pc the cursor stops working, for it to work again I have to disconnect it and restart the pc, as soon as I connect it it does the same thing again

Try updating BIOS and Chipset drivers.

Is there a specific program for that? sorry i never tried

Check your motherboard vendor website - all required tools and drives will be available there.
