MSI Mystic Light, Chroma Studio and Be Quiet! Pure Base 500DX

Hello,

I'm new to Razer Chroma.
Since today i have the Razer Blackwidow Elite.
Love the keyboard and the lights 🙂

My pc case is the Be Quiet! Pure Base 500DX.
My motherboard is MSI Mag Z390 Tomahawk and as a GPU MSI 8GB D6 RTX 2070 Armor 8G.
All those things have controlable RGB leds.

But when i want to controll MSI Mystic Light with Synapse, Chroma Studio it is not posible zo control it in zones?

I dont want to use the led light on my motherboard and i want for example that when i'm using the wave effect it also wil happen on the Pure Base 500DX now it only gets one color and not a rainbow loop for example.

I'm wondering if others have the same problem and maybe have a solution for this.

Thanks!

Can You see the Game Sync button in Dragoncenter?
Just click on it once it takes a few seconds, your case lights go out and get the color from Razer.
Stupid thing is, with every pc restart you need to do this again.
So i give up on using it until it keeps on even if my pc restart.
Dont know if this is a work to do for MSI or Razer.

I dont even have that option in dragon center and i have the latest version.
i do not see game sync either
I have contacted msi and razer software teams multiple times, theres clearly a major issue with this compatibility
Found this button in mystic light app and not dragon center and have msi functionality in synapse but still cant get it to work 😞
i have the button in dragon center but all it does is turns the lights off. razer can see mystic light, and says that it's going to light up but it never does?

Make sure your bios is updated then try to uninstall the Mystic Light module

Support>System Info>Scroll to Mystic Light and click the trash icon

then reinstall

Support>System Info>Live Update>Mystic Light

Then click the razer gamesync icon
after the last update im having a similar issue msi wont show in synapse anymore its very frustrating every time there is an update i have rgb sync issues
Same question as OP. How do I control each seperate zone for MSI products with synapse, or is it not possible? If its not possible how can I control my razer devices with Mystic Light or is that also not possible? If both is not possible then both companies need to get their shit together and fix this.
