holy shit water cooled gpu in a razer core, havent seen that before
Indeed! That water cooled setup is awesome!

Did you do it yourself? Would you mind sharing where you got it done and what parts used? I'm rocking the same with a 2080 Ti in my Core X and would love to have that cooling too. Nice touch with the rainbow cables as well, I love the details.

Picture also got me thinking about that Dyson fan again...:big_grin_: Nice setup!
U really have firefly and goliathus ??? 😃

Built it myself, this was actually my first "pc build" of any kind. If I did it again could probably do it a lot better.

Used mostly EKWB parts. The main water-block, all in one pump and radiator, custom hardtubing and fittings.
Corsair SF600 powersupply. Few pictures below to show a little bit more detail of it.

Again, just bravo! And for a first build? Nice work. Thanks for posting the pictures and listing the parts. Can't wait to see what you plan to build when the Tomahawk case comes out. Keep us posted!

Why did you swap out the PSU for the Corsair? Just for clearance? Is it smaller?

Around mid 50s for max load, 28 seems to be idle and high 30s and low 40s most the time whilst gaming. I think its pretty good for 120 rad and fan.

Thanks man, swapped in out mainly for better options for running accessories like the pump and the fan. It is a lot small than the standard unit as well which helps with packing everything in. And more juice to run the 2080ti

That’s really super great for 2080ti, did you modified bios like flashing from other brands to tweak power limit? On core v2 air cooling it’ll easily hit 80ish, I think 2080ti desktop setting as well, you can OC it well then which is great. Do you have performance number like 3Dmark Firestrike or timespy to share? I’m considering step up to 2080ti.

I haven't done any bios flashing and done a little bit of OC on it but haven't played around to much with it at the moment.

Runs just overt 10,000 on Time Spy Extreme

With that graphics card being water cooled inside Core, I'd definitely be overclocking.

Nice laptop/Core based setup too.

I need to spent more time OC it for sure. Like I said first build so I'm still learning everything.

That cable management tho😍
Hi. Do you have gaming benchmarks to share?

Hi. Do you have gaming benchmarks to share?

Not really, if there is a game you want to know the benchmarks for?
I tend to play PUBG at the moment running 1440p on High/Ultra runs 100/135fps.
Far Cry 5 or Shadow of Tomb Raider would give me a good measurement. Ideally in 3440x1440 or 4K.

Thank you.

Tell me if you got smooth gameplay, got bad frame time on this, unplayable on Blade 15 egpu setting.

Its very smooth, are you running an external monitor?

Hmm, yes it’s on external monitor, even if I played on internal due PCIe3x4 lanes it’ll only slightly lower the FPS (compared to 2 lanes TB3 laptops) but not frame time. Great to know, I’ll check later maybe and I hope it was software (pubg update or nvidia driver) issue. How smooth on 1440p? Note to me smooth is over 100fps with max 20ms frame time:smile_:
Edit: Yes it was bad version optimization now @1440p Ultra preset 75FPS under 20ms, great!

Yeah, do make sure that all drivers are up-to-date and that its optimized for the game in the Nvidia experience. I had some issue when setting everything up but plays great currently

Updated above, before I never saw that straight frame time, only before dessert map update was same under 20ms. Great!! I never use nvidia experience btw, only slow the performance.
nice one 🙂

Does the base station chroma allow you to run the keyboard and mousepads off of it. I mean I see the Man O War dongle plugged in but was wondering whats the max load I can put on something like that since it isnt powered separately.
