I bought a Razer Kraken X recently, and the 7.1 activation code isn't working, please help me

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Please check the last character of the code. Please use the letter "O" instead of number zero "0" and see if it helps.

Oh my! Please send a photo showing the source of the activation code and the email address associated to your Razer ID. Save the files via Google Drive or to another online drive account then paste the link via PM. Let's continue from there.

Hello everyone. Ensure that the code is compatible with the software you are trying to upgrade. The Surround Sound Pro is different from 7.1 Surround Sound. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.

b. A photo showing the error message while activating the code
