my activate code does not work

Hi i had problem with my pc and for fix that i should unistal my drivers and after i fixed that when i want to install the 7.1 sorround sound and activate my cod in there i got error that ( license code has already been used)
my head set is karaken x.
what should i do to fix that?
can you help me please.

Have you activated the code before reinstalling the apps and drivers? If you haven't, please send me the serial number of your headset via PM and the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and assist you accordingly. Let's continue from there.
