My Battlestation and Setup + help deciding between TV or PC Monitor based on current configuration?

Please refer to pictures to get an idea of my current configuration and setup for your recommendations on PC Gaming Monitor vs TV as I play from quite a distance, a Gaming PC monitor might be too small. Please share your input, Thanks!!

Depends on your budget?
If you're a fast-paced gamer, then I would recommend this monitor. it's $550

it does look like you need to upgrade your pc. here's what id recommend. it's under $3000.

this is almost everything I have in mine. these are all the cheapest I can find.
and for that mouse id get the DeathAdder essential or the basilisk.
