My BlackShark v2 has unbalanced sound frequency levels

The left speaker on my Blackshark v2 have higher volume on low frequency sounds. I watched 20Hz to 20Khz video to determine what the hell is going on, and from the very beginning of the video, where the video starts at 20Hz, I could feel the sound much more on my left ear, I tried readjusting my headphones thinking it might've been the position, but, nothing worked, but when I tried changing the balance of my headphones through the properties menu, i made my left ear on 50% and right at 100%, it got balanced, but when the video got around 300Hz, I could hear the 50% difference, as 300Hz and after IS balanced when I made both headphones 100%. this genuinely ruined my day.
