my blade 15 charger short circuited (again...)

Hi all,

I really need some advice. I bought my razer blade 15 (advanced model) about 2 years ago. About a month after the initial purchase, my charger suddenly stopped working. It even blew a fuse in the studio of my colleagues. At the time I got in touch with razer quite easily and I was sent a replacement chargers.
Now, I can hardly believe it, but my second charger short circuited last Sunday. It had been working fine the day before. It has not been damaged. I didn't drop it. Nothing. But it short circuited again.

I immediately contacted razer but I haven't received a reply, even after 3 days. I just started a new job and I have a big deadline in 3 weeks so I'm stressed out. I'm considering buying a replacement charger even though I feel it should be replaced by razer, but they are sold out. I live in the Netherlands so I'm reliant on online purchases (as far as I know).

I'm desperate. If anyone has any advice on how to go about solving this, please get in touch. Help a girl out.
