Yeah, until like 5 months ago my mouse was detected but that stopped. Ive deleted all razer's files and done a full reinstall but it still doesn't pick it up. Not really sure where to go from here

Do you mind sharing your Windows build number? Also, when you said you deleted all the Razer files, did you mean both versions of the app?
The windows build number says "Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.720)"
I only had S2 installed in the first place so I removed all of its files before installing S3. After it recognised it as a legacy device and I realsied it wouldn't support my mouse I uninstalled it and reinstalled S2. (Which didn't see it at all)

Please PM me the serial number of your mouse, so I can validate the model and check for other possible fixes. By the way, is the mouse listed as Razer DeathAdder Chroma on the Device Manager?
Sent them both in PM but yeah its recognised as a deathadder chroma (it even worked until a little while back)

I'll look into it in a bit. :wink_:
Thanks for the help 🙂
Hi, sorry to barge in but I'm having the exact same issue. probably about a year now my deathadder chroma hasn't been showing in synapse 2, it still works as a mouse but it bothers me that I cant adjust anything on it like the colour etc. I have noticed that the legacy tab on synapse 3 shows 1 device as the deathadder yet still synapse 2 refuses to pick it up despite many attempts to clean install and clear drivers etc etc. Did you guys manage to fix it?

We're still looking into it. What happens if only have Synapse 2 installed on your PC? I'd appreciate it if you can respond via PM. I'd like to know more about your current setup. Let's go from there.
