My Deathadder Elite is freezing.

Hello everybody, and Happy Thanksgiving! So, I have a Deathadder Elite that is about a year and a half old. It is a great mouse, but lately, it has been freezing up and not responding. It will be working fine, then it stops moving on my screen even when I move it on my mouse pad. What is even weirder is the Razer Chroma lights on the Deathadder are still on and doing the pattern I set up, even when the mouse freezes. To get it to work again, I have to unplug it completely from my computer and then plug it back in. ??? Can someone please help me with this? I really want to rely on my mouse when I am gaming...

Hi there,

maybe there is an issue with your drivers in the OperatingSystem. Do you have windows?

You can try a fresh installation of your OS or deep uninstall of the drivers which you use at the usb-ports.

Maybe some programm what is in use make the freezing happens.
You can thing of what you have installed since the problem has started, uninstall those programms and see if its fine again.

I think reinstalling the OS is the fastest way, but if you cant "try and error" with the drivers and programms is maybe an option too.

I do have Windows...

The only thing that I changed before it started happening, was some Chroma settings with the RGBs...
