My devices reset every time I get into a game.

So for about a few weeks, whenever I start up a game, the lights on all my devices will keep resetting. The sound will keep cutting out and its super annoying. It sometimes will actually mess with my gameplay and even crash my games. I've tried updating my GPU, updating all my drivers, doing system updates for my computer, virus scans, and updates on Razer Synapse 3. Does anyone else have this same problem? I just want to play smoothly and relax lmao. SEND HELP!!
