Those of you that are waiting/or have recently recieved the Razer Core may know
I've had a very rough experience regarding my order with that product. A code that didn't work, a full price purchase on an order that was placed (one of the 1st from the last presale on June 7th), and then still told mine was on back order, watching customers who ordered after me getting theirs shipped while mine remained in submitted status- I had all but given up on my faith in Razer. I am slightly embarrassed (due to my recent negative posts) and humbled to share that I was contacted by a man named Quincy, who after some Internet sleuthing, I believe to be Razer's Vice President -Quincy Tan (I could be wrong)
This man, reassured me that I am valued as a customer and took time out of his day/evening to personally look into the problem. I would just like to publicly thank him and anyone else involved, as my order has been corrected, and should be on its way to my desk in a few days.
His act has renewed my outlook and
fan-dom. I would also like to apologize for getting as frustrated as I did, as I'm sure many would understand, but none the less, there are no more hard feelings here and it is because of his personal attention to my consumer issue.
    Lesson learned, faith reborn.
    Thank you sir.

Glad to hear everything worked out!

Although I might get frustrated at times about the current Razer Core out of stock situation, (still haven't been able to order yet), Razer's customer service has been very kind to me. I really like the community too. You guys are awesome!

That's why I'm so happy about this, above everything else. Just being shown the appreciation.
Just recieved notification that it was shipped and will be here by Saturday! So friggin stoked!!! Been waiting since February for this! It's been an everyday single day endeavor for me. No exaggeration. Can't wait to slap my white cased Asus R9 Nano in there!

Quincy, if you read this, you've been my savior bud! This is my first PC gaming setup, and im extremely excited.

Let me correct you: you did not post ANY experience regarding the product itself. The whole story is about saving 100 bucks and a limited supply. I am not saying this is unimportant but you could at least try to solve it on your own.

You missed the point, and just may not know the whole story by seeing my past posts about the situation. I did. Thanks though cow.-- I edited that one line for you. Yeah, youre partially correct. you can't have a problem with a product when you put in your order, the order gets messed up. Made several attempts to resolve and wasn't getting anywhere.
The whole point of this was a public thank you to Quincy, that is all. And to let pending/future/current customers that may have doubts know that the employees will go out of there way to help when support may not.

I cant wait until they make TB3 cables that are a bit longer and still can transfer the 40 gps. It is very short, which does limit placement on the desk, but its really not a big deal. I have it placed slightly behind my Stealth, usually I do have it closed when hooked up to the external screen. Extremely happy with how this has changed my gaming experience. Night & day difference from what I was limited to with the Intel 520HD in the Stealth. Even on Day Z, I was able to turn up everything and the distance of view. Can see for miles. I haven't tried Skyrim, or Dishonored yet. But the games I have tried look and play beautifully. I'm looking forward to No Man's Sky. Any other recommendations you guys have? This is my first gaming setup. Are mirrors edge and/or overwatch any good?

Overwatch is a must! I've been playing with the Intel 520 and it looks like a game from the 90s. Without the core, browsing the subreddit seems more fun.
