I have a Razer Kraken 7.1 V2, and the headset started to give a problem, it turns off and on from time to time, how can I fix it?

I'm having the same exact issue!! Since the beginning of June
Mine as well. It's almost like Razer is purposely making the device go bad so you have to buy a new one! Started late June.
Well I'm glad to know this isn't just me. The recent synapse update didn't help either
This issue started in August 9 and I had them since July 7 2020. Mine are Kitten Kraken Edition
I had the same issue with my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition but it works fine after disabling USB settings. Search "Edit power plan" > Change advanced power settings > USB settings > USB selective suspend setting > On battery: Enabled (switch to disable) > Plugged in: Enabled (switch to disable)

Dude the way "I fixed it" was taking it to a generic headset fixing store in my town and the guy knew what to do in about 30 seconds. He said this is a frequent problem with Razer headsets in general, where the connection between the cable and the headset itself gets weakened with time, and all there is to do in order to fix it is resoldering the cable.
He was done in about 15 minutes and charged me +-20 bucks.
Try that 🙂
I will try this one and update if anything happens.:) such shame for razer letting people pay a huge amount of money for a non properly working headset!
