So when i press the key once and let it go it goes back to its original position but the key is still being registered as pressed like in this video. I tried to contact the razer support but on the like chat a guy named Alicias told me that there is no program like that and the keyboard doesnt have a firmware. He suggested to me that i can uninstall the drivers and the problem will go away. But it didnt. Can someone help me?

If you have a BlackWidow X Chroma, then there really isn't a firmware available that targets key spamming issues. You should continue to communicate with Alicias from Support as there may be a need to send the device in for a replacement
I am not asking for a new firmware. I am asking for the firmware of the keyboard so i can reinstall it and try it that way.

The guy on the video has a BlackWidow Chroma while you, on the other hand, have a BlackWidow "X" Chroma. I can't give you the same firmware the guy on the clip is talking about as it is not compatible with your keyboard.
I didnt want the same firmware 🙂. If i wanted the same firmware i would have downloaded it from the video 🙂. I want the firmware for my keyboard 🙂.

As I have previously stated, there is no such firmware available for your keyboard. If the key spamming issue persists after reinstalling the device drivers, then you'll have to send it in for replacement.
