My mouse not showing in Razer Synapse

Hello
this problem bothering me for 3 days can anyone help me please
My mouse is Naga Epic chroma the one with the 12 buttons on the side
I can't find mouse option on the top of razer synapse 3

Our Razer Synapse 3 will remain in beta while we continually add support for legacy devices and gather feedback from the community about the new feature set, UI and until we reach the final state. Hi Speedcross, I wanted to ask about this problem wich the op found. Im using Synapse and have for a couple of years now with great success for any naga I've had and a Nostromo keypad, problem began yesterday after moving my PC from one room to another. After setting the PC up where I wanted it and using it for a few hours I wanted to check out some games, and there I hit a stumbling block...

Synapse 2 has lost my Naga epic chroma mouse and no matter what I have done unplugging and plugging in again (using win 10) windows recognizes the mouse and installs no prob. I've updated, uninstalled and tried to jump through as many hoops as I can think of but nothing happens my mouse is nowhere to be found in Synapse 2.

I even tried installing Synapse 3 to see if that did anything, but nope it doesn't see either device at all. So my question is this, What can I do to fix Synapse 2 and start playing again?

Hey @fastCITRINEYaleBlue467! Thanks for bringing your Razer Naga's concern here. That's definitely unplanned and unusual. What's your Razer Naga's particular model? Was there any update installed before the issue occurred? Please send me a PM together with your Razer Synapse current version so we can figure this out.
