My order was cancelled??

I recently made two orders and emails were sent to me saying I had requested a cancellation about 10 min after(Which I didn't send). Since the order status was "received" I waited 4 days and nothing changed. The chat and call support doesn't work and I still haven't received a reply from email support. Is my order cancelled? Do I have to order them again?

Turns out my orders were cancelled due to payment verification failure. I ordered again with the exact same payment info but this time as a guest and it seems to be working.
