I managed to link both the Facebook and the YouTube accounts to the Nexus app. Broadcasting from the Nexus app to Facebook works. But I can't get a live stream on my YouTube channel. What am I missing?
Earlier today I was trying to figure out why the macro I had assigned to my C key on my keyboard wasn’t working. I would click on the key, go to Macro on the sidebar, and select my macro, and hit save. The name and function of the key never changed.I was puzzled, so I tried putting the macro on a different key of the keyboard, but that didn’t work either. I tried putting the macro on my Mouse 4 button, and then the problems started. Whenever I press mouse 4, the macro now starts and never stops. I can’t use the button anymore because if I do it spams keystroke inputs of “C” indefinitely and only stops briefly if I press the button again. Unplugging and replugging the mouse will stop this, but if I ever press mouse 4 again (which I need to for other games I play) then the glitch starts again.My macro was a function I made to “Superglide” in Apex Legends more consistently. It was around 6 months I haven’t played Apex and hadn’t used the macro, so I didn’t know if any new updates to Razer
i buy two pins for league of legends and both two pin show that isn’t redeem in your country???i buy it at razer sg and use it in league of legends sg2 serverhow can the pin invalidi try to find support but they just say it is because you use in wrong server like thatwhen i send the screenshot of my account to prove that i use it in the corresponding server they just asking the transaction id repeatedly even i just sent it beforeand then they just say that your question are solved and then they don’t reply to my message

Hello Support,I purchased a razer blackwidow v4 pro on 22 Feb 2023 and I seem to be running into issues since I received it, where it double registers keys. This was not so frustrating in the short run, however after playing shooter games, it became more troublesome as it stops me from being able to properly walk. It either stops my movements, stutters or simply turns in an unwanted direction.I confirmed this is not an issue of the keys being/getting stuck and hardware is updated to most recent. I am happy to try any other solutions, if not I would like to commence the process of a replacement.Thank you,Sky
Just got my Leviathan V2 with the subwoofer and got it plugged in and everything, but you can barely hear any bass coming from the subwoofer. I've seen online that the THX driver that automatically gets installed causes an issue with it work, so I uninstalled that, but nothing. Also saw the Synapse causes an issue with the subwoofer working also, so I uninstalled that, and it still doesn't work. I can put my ear up to it and I barely hear sound coming from it. Any thoughts?
hello I’m new and this is my first razer product and I have a problem with my product and need assistance my razer hammerhead true wireless is defective and the right earbuds does not work I and don’t know how to make it work and just use the left one that still work thankfully but it sad because every time that I use it I can only use one and the mic is a bit muffled when I use it, don’t know what to do its special to me because my uncle gave it to me and I don’t want to complain to him but I love my hammerhead true wireless its quite fun and sounds really good I use it for school and for gaming but I can’t be fully immersed when I’m gaming, please need help to make the right earbud work this is the only earbuds I have and its special to me……………….…………….. o(TヘTo)
Mousepad is plugged in directly to my computer. The light is bright right by where the cord meets the mat but is extremely dim everywhere else. What can be done about this? I love Razer products but this is very disappointing.

Hey there, So my Basilisk V3 stopped working poroperly (it keeps turning on an off) and i was sure it is a hardware issue. So I got myself a new Basilisk V3 which cant be synchronised properly. The Lightning and most keys can be remapped as intended, however not button 5 and 6. I managed to get my old one running for a moment and its buttons worked just fine.I also relized that the device manager only labels the mouse as comfort mouse and not as Basilisk V3 as it did with my old one. I checked by turning off Synapse or using the mice with another device, apparently the internal storage seems to work, since i can use the remapped buttons on my laptop or my PC wihtout having Synapse running. Which makes me think this is a Software issue regarding Synapse. Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a solution? Kind Regards and thanks in advance
This is my first Razer product, love it. It looks great and I will test it out in video calls and such. But there is no native Mac software from Razer. Anyone know why that is? If I cant get to the setting proper I will have to return the probably coolest cam on the market
I’ve had my headset for a couple of years now and recently (about 2-3 weeks ago) it started making a popping noise and disconnecting itself then immediatly reconnect. it happens so often that it makes it hard to even have a conversation and impossible to hear my games. -I’ve reinstalled Synapse-I’ve tried different USB port-it worked without issue on a different PCi would love to finally put an end to this incredidbly irritating issue if it is even possible to be fixed. Thank you in advance.
