So here's my issue,
I bought my unit last year and used it for six months, then the problem occured for the first time : when gaming or working on demanding tasks, the blade keeps toggling between AC and the battery and even consumes some energy from the battery as its percentage drops. Naturally, I've sent it in for Razer to repair it and normally, the issue was solved when I tested it. But after 4 months now, it happened again. And keeps happening. I'm constantly on the move and this is my main unit for work so each time I send it back in, it means I have to wait for it and use my crappy old PC which can't even hold a charge. I'm really tired of all the logistic problems this creates for me and it just makes enjoying my razer blade impossible.
I need a solution, guys. I'm really tired of this problem.
