I purchased my razer blade 15 from Amazon DE Razer store 1.5 years ago.
Yesterday my touchpad stopped working - mouse is moving but clicking buttons dont work. Also when using a mouse it just starts spamming the click button and doesnt let go...
(I did complete factory reset and it didnt help)

I was searching the internet but couldnt found the support. How to get my laptop replaced? I know warranty in the EU should be 2 years by law.

Thank you very much in advance for help.

Mines also stopped working properly on my blade pro, which is out of warranty.

I can't find anywhere to get replacement parts. This is worse than buying an apple product... once its broken you are stuffed.

I have the skills to fix this myself, but without the parts available, there is nothing that can really be done! I swore off razer years ago because of quality control and decided to give them a go with the laptop... What a big mistake that was.

I'd remove bottom lid to check if battery is not bloating, making touchpad not working correctly (clicking).

Thx, I saw that solution on the internet but didnt want to open the laptop myself as then I am probably surely out of any warranty...

Still if you don't have any warranty I'd open it (there are just few screws, no rocket science), and check for bloating. If you ignore it - it can damage your touchpad.
