My Razer Blade Charger is Broken

Hi all, I am new in Razer, I have already buy the razer blade 2019(RTX 2060, Core i7 8750, Mercury White model), but in when i plug the power laptop charger, the charger is not powering the laptop, LED lamp in the charger is not showing the light, and i try using another wall power cord, but still the same result, why should i do? In my country (Indonesia) there is no Razer Service Center, I try to buy online in razer store, but it can not send to indonesia. If you have any suggestion for me please tell me about that, Thankyou
