My Razer Blade stuck in customs - clearance delay Memphis, TN

    Hey Fam! is anyone seeing their shipment stuck in Customs?

    I am excited to receive my Razer blade, but it has been stuck in customs for a week now. (was supposed to receive it on Wednesday 17th) I have talked to support multiple times - Razer are not providing me with an actionable resolution or a valid ETA - one guy even told me that this would get resolved in 24 hrs... it's been a week -__-

    Tried calling in Fedex, and they just give me the same answer: "this is not something on our end, please contact the shipper"....

    I am very frustrated at this point, left completely outside of the loop, and this is affecting my personal workflow at this point, no1 is providing me with any update on this, so I just wanted to see if others are dealing with this or dealt with this before.

    I recently ordered a razer phone and ran into the same issue. Apparently there's someone in customs that's working on my case, but idk, we'll see. The reason given to me for the customs hold was missing invoice information. And it's not just razer products. I found a post on a Fedex forum where many people were having this issue. And here's the kicker. They were all held at the Memphis location! something weird is going on.

    Hey dude - I know it sucks but this is actually not something in the hands of Razer and/or Fedex - not sure if your case is the same but for my case Razer and Fedex were actually communicating constantly with clearance in Memphis - the delay was actually due to a huge backlog to clear shipments coming into the US from that part of Asia
    I eventually received my laptop a couple of days after posting this thread (should have updated it sorry) and while it was not directly razer's fault they took full responsibility for the whole thing (which was great) - I hope your interaction ends up being as smooth as mine - curious to see how it gets resolved \m/

    An order number of your purchase will do. We'd like to monitor this out to make sure the designated team is aware of this.
