My razer Cortex doesn't boost my cpu

Hi everyone.
I have a problem: the last update of razer cortex doesn't boost my cpu. Infact the games that I use don't run at 60 fps, but register stuttering. I have tried also older versione of razer cortex, but it doesn't work. It Always has runned perfectly, but now I don't why it doesn't work. Please help me to fix this problem. I have Windows 10 version 2004
