my razer Electra V2 is not being recognized by Windows.

I have my Razer Electra V2 for a few months, and the headphone has always had a problem of disconnecting by itself after a while of using it, it just stopped outputting audio, but when researching I found out that this was a model problem, and that removing and putting it back on the USB was working normally again, so I ignored the problem, however, last night it just stopped being recognized by the windows after turning off again, and this time, not even the leds turn on, I keep thinking that maybe he had a problem from the factory, because I take great care with this phone, it doesn’t even have a scratch and never gave any sound failure, which would indicate misuse, so ... can someone help me? Please...

Do you get a notification when you plug in the headset? If so, please share a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager. Otherwise, we are probably dealing with a hardware issue.
Hello, I've been having the exact same problem described above, my electra V2 USB worked fine and would frequently disconnect temporarily. But one day it stopped reconnecting and the led stopped turning on.

I took a screenshot of the device manager and will translate it to english from portuguese.

the red arrow on device manager points to a drive that reads "Unknown USB device (config description invalid)"

the pop-up on the lower right corner says "USB device not recognized. The last USB device connected to the computer didn't work and Windows doesn't recognize it."

My headset does not even have 6 months of use and I've taking great care of it. I hope you can help me.

I need to validate the model of the headset before I can give you the download link. PM me your serial number. I'll take it from there.

If you're referring to the Kraken 2019, it will directly communicate with your sound card drivers since it's an analog headset. Do send me a PM with screenshots, if not a short clip, of what's happening so I can get a better understanding of the issue from your perspective.
