My Razer headphones mic isn't working

Hello everybody,

I've received my new headphones, which are the Razer Nari Ultimate that are wireless. Everything works except the mic. When I'm talking in Zoom and Teams calls, nobody hears me. I'm trying some troubleshooting, turning it to chat mode, but again that doesn't work. In Teams it says that my mic is dysfunctional. Aslo, while installing the new version of Synapse for the headphones, it tells me to connect the them with a wire and to close every window to allow the download of it, but even with that I cannot go forward with the installing. What should I do to make my mic work?? I need it when talking in Teams and Zoom on PC since I'm having meetings with coworkers during my full-time job, which is in work from home mode now, and it will go this way for a while.

I have this issue aswell. I can't for the life of me get my mic to work or get the firmware updater to work.
I could download and install everything but the mic just won´t work.
I try everything that came to my mind.
I use it for Gaming and i checked different Games and Chat platforms. Doesn´t work at all.
Also the mic test in the synaps app doesn´t replie to the mic.
