My Razer Kraken Kitty (pink edition) has a problem activating the RGB lights

hello. I wanted to know if anyone has the same problem. and it is that I have some Razer Kraken Kitty (pink edition) and the problem is that they disconnect and reconnect by themselves when the RGB lights are active. when i disable the lights (when i manage to get synapse 3 to recognize the headphones) i disable the RGB lights and the problem goes away (if only for a while). This happens to me very often when I'm playing call of duty. and I only use 50% of the volume. since they have a great sound for my taste

It looks like they don't get as much power as required.
Check other USB ports (preferred USB 3.0 or above), also plug it to the USB port that it's directly on motherboard and not via USB hub.

thanks for your answer. Yes i already plug it into a usb 3.0 and 3.0 gen1 (red usb) and the problem persists.
