My Razer Kraken Tournament Edition with Audio Controller not showing up in Devices in Synapse 3.0

Hello,

I just recently trashed my Razer Kraken and just newly bought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. The problem I have is that the headset itself is not being detected or shown up in devices while the USB audio controller is. When I go to sound options and play a video, I see the master volume detecting sound but I can't hear anything coming through the headset.

Hi there! Can you share some screenshots of Synapse as well as the output devices in Sound settings?
Hey i have the same issue, synapse 3.0 cannot see my blackwidow keyboard as well and the thx spatial is not working if i select it from the audio devices, if i select earphone razer (audio controller) this works tho somehow....
i really need help or im going crazy with this product....i wanted something good and i had only problems with this im done!! i sent feedback i sent an email that was not responded to....i dont know what to do anymore!!!! how can i send you screenshots or whatever? do you have an email or how do we do this? at this point i cannot play because i have no sound on this thing....
how much time do i have to wait for a replay here ? 20 days? for real now its this made by fans or is this an official razer site? im getting very salty at this point.
