My Razer Ornata V2 not getting recognized in Synapse

I bought this new keyboard and did the warranty registration.
But it is not showing up in Razer Synapse 3 software.

• I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software + keyboard drivers multiple times
  
• have deleted folders /razor in programdata and programFiles.
  
• I have no installed games or Steam/Epic etc on my system
  
• No third-party antivirus is there
  

Any help would be great as this is my first Razer product.
