My Razer Phone 2 is bulging. Support hasn't replied in over 2 weeks.

To whom it may concern:
My Razer Phone 2 is bulging at the back and I'm quite worried it's the battery bulging, as the entire back is peeling away from the case, and bowed outwards severely. And yes I understand that a lithium battery that is bulging is a safety hazard, hence my worry and attempts to have it repaired or warrantied.

I submitted a case to support and have not heard one single word back from them in well over two weeks, almost 3, except for one automated reply.

The chat system won't let me use it apparently because the trouble is with a phone.

I'm retired, and severely disabled with an inoperable spinal cord injury that left me in constant pain and limited mobility, and need this phone in case I fall or otherwise injure myself. But since I have not heard a single word from Tech-Support in regards to my case I feel like Razer is leaving me with no choice except to purchase another brand of phone since my safety is more paramount than brand loyalty.

Make no mistake in my verbiage. I am quite enamored with my Phone-2. I wish it only to be repaired/replaced, to be quite the happy old geezer 🙂 But support not getting in contact with me means I have naught for options to keep myself safe.

So I'm asking, kindly, if someone here can investigate why my support ticket has gone utterly unanswered for such a very long time. While I appreciate Covid has "delayed" responses, I believe this has gone far beyond the matter of a simple "delay". I daresay "neglected" or "forgotten" would be more apt.

In closing, thanks in advance for any and all assistance with this matter.
Sincerely;

I'm sure that's not the type of experience we hoped that you would have. Please send me your ticket number so I can check what's causing the holdup. I'd appreciate it if you can share the proof of purchase as well. That way, I can verify the warranty status of the phone. To initiate a PM, click on my name, and hit Start a Conversation. I'll take it from there.
