Windows mono sound is turned off. tried turning it on. Tried troubleshooting the sound.
I am normally a mac user so I don't know what to do about my right speaker not making sound.
Can anyone help me fix this?
I really don't want to have to return this computer, seems really nice.

I plugged in the my headphones to see if the same issue was there, but while it recognized something inserted, it continued to play audio from the left speaker (only). I don't know whats going on.
Ja das krachende Geräusch ist scheinbar ein Fehler, der in mehreren Blades steckt. Hatte das bei meinem zu Anfangs nur ganz leise. Dann hab ich die SSD getauscht und Windows neu installiert. Alle Treiber von Windows aktualisiert und natürlich hier über Razer.
Nun habe ich bei leisem Ton immer ein krachen im Ton. Mach ich die Lautstärke höher, ist das Geräusch nicht mehr zu hören.
Hab dazu hier auch einen Thread aber eine Lösung gab es einfach nicht. Es hat auf jedenfall mit Dolby zu tuen aber ohne dieses Feature ist der Ton einfach grausig. Also Kompromiss und mit dem Geräusch scheinbar leben.
Yes, the crashing noise is apparently a mistake that is in several blades. Had that at first only very quietly. Then I swapped the SSD and reinstalled Windows. All drivers of Windows updated and of course here via Razer.
Now I always have a crack in the tone with a soft tone. If I increase the volume, the noise is no longer heard.
Have a thread for this, but there just wasn't a solution. It definitely has to do with Dolby but without this feature the tone is just horrible. So compromise and seem to live with the sound.
