My Synapse Doesn't Work

So I work on a Mac which may not be optimum for RAZER products but it says that they are compatible. I register all my devices in the website but when I go to synapse(I use synapse 2 because 3 is only on Windows) it says I have no devices, all of my devices though are chroma and are registered to my account which is logged in on synapse. Any advise would help, I just want pretty rainbows on my stuff and for my Viper Ultimate to actually show me its battery life.
