My thx spatial feature has stopped working, why?

My thx spatial feature has stopped working, why? Why am I being asked to purchase a feature that came with my headset and has already been registered. If I don't log in or even if I do log in it is saying I don't have this and not activating or turning on, when pressing the thx button on the USB DAC.

The Razer program has been completely uninstalled then reinstalled, the PC has been rebooted. Nothing helps, my windows is currently update and my other normal headset works with no issues.

The only thing I received from support is asking to show proof of purchase. I have registered account with razer where I link my headset. This already ruined my experience because. The ear cushions will not go back on to the headset ever since I had to take them off for you all. I have provided this multiple times I don't have damn receipt or anything sitting around from AMZ I purchased this over a year ago
sorry to say but the support will shutdown a case automatic or close after 2 days
